The same sketch challenge at SCS, just different dp and different stamps. This time I used Ambrosia from BasicGrey as well as the new color in MayArts reversible satin ribbon. The sketch is an easy to adapt design, so you can "go to town" on how you embellish it. I wanted a more masculine look to my card which is why I tried very hard not to get "frilly". Besides the colors in Ambrosia lend it's self very well to either male or female...oh...oh! does that sound like another card using this dp?....
I stared with the JustRite C-45 monogram stamper with the damask border and one of their new, soon to be available, Trompe Script font. All of JustRite fonts and round borders are interchangeable, to use with the C-45 size monogram or with the kit wooden mounts. The new font kits have letters in three sizes so there will be a size to fit all monograms.
I stamped the poppy silhouette from Summer Botanical......have you ever tired to change the "look" of what you have stamped after all the elements are attached? Only to find that you have made a mess of it, then trying to correct the mess you make more of a mess? Then you decide that the original looked the best and....unwilling to redo the panel I had to play around with different pens, inks, and markers to cover it up. That is why the poppy silhouette has black, white and burnt orange lines.
I stamped the sentiment right on the orange panel and with quickie glue added a flower pot, from the FlowerSoft starter kit, over the poppy image.

What a great card - love that you made it more of a masculine card - always need those!
